Our experience on presses and fabricating equipment is extensive. Whether upgrading controls for full automation, retrofitting clutch/brake upgrades, or simply performing inspections and maintenance, we provide timely professional service. Our ordinary service capabilities include troubleshooting and repair of stamping presses, brake presses, shears, feeders, levelers and roll formers.
Although we have the capability for in-house repair or manufacture of a wide range of replacement parts, we ordinarily contact the original equipment manufacturer for price and availability of repair parts. In the event that an OEM part is not feasible, we can make it ourselves or utilize our extensive resources for quick parts turnaround.
Industrial Machinery
Paper converting, packaging and printing equipment, plastics, woodworking, chip making - (lathes, grinders, milling, drill presses and saws) all have similar electro-mechanical principles inherent in their design and operation.
As a result, we are able in most cases to service all of the above. When we feel as though time and money can be saved by contacting the Original Equipment Manufacturer or by having an OEM service technician perform the repair, we will make that recommendation. Quite often, our skilled technicians are able to expedite the repair by simply making a phone call to the manufacturer.
Equipment Maintenance
Very rarely is a machine too far gone to benefit from some attention paid to its critical parts. Quite often, problem areas can be identified and repairs can be conveniently scheduled.
Our technicians have been trained to identify the most critical systems and prioritize the application of maintenance and repair procedures. All of our technicians have experience in general machinery maintenance, as well as extensive repair skills.
